How it works
From First Question to a Standing Schedule
Four steps, built to be boring in the best way: you always know what happens next, and nothing starts until you've seen a straight estimate.

Answer a few quick questions in our booking flow — property type, services, rough lot size, ZIP. Takes about a minute, and 'not sure' is always an acceptable answer.
Walkthrough & estimate
We look at the actual yard — grass type, condition, obstacles, access — and come back with a clear estimate for what the property needs. No inflated bundles, no pressure.
Schedule
Pick the rhythm that fits: weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, a seasonal treatment program, or a one-time project. You get a consistent service day you can plan around.
Recurring service
The crew shows up on schedule, does the full visit — mow, edge, trim, blow — and leaves the yard clean. Weather make-ups get communicated, not improvised.
A note on what the estimate covers
Every estimate spells out what a visit includes and what's priced separately, using the same logic we publish openly in our lawn care cost guide: mowable area, frequency, service mix, and starting condition. If a yard needs a one-time recovery cut before a normal schedule makes sense, we say so up front — and if it doesn't need a service we offer, we won't sell it to you.
Start with step one
The booking flow takes about a minute — property type, services, lot size, ZIP, done.
