From subdivision lots to acreage edges
Midlothian's mix runs wider than most of our service area: tidy quarter-acre lots in newer master-planned sections, and properties on the edges of town with real land around them. On the bigger parcels the question is usually where the 'lawn' ends and the 'field' begins — we maintain the living areas around the house to a finished standard and keep the transition lines clean, which reads far better than trying to manicure two acres.
The soil story is familiar North Texas clay — Midlothian is cement country, after all — which means the same fundamentals apply: compaction builds up, water runs off slopes fast, and feeding works best when aeration has opened the ground to receive it.
A straight word on scheduling
Midlothian is the far end of our southeast routes. In-town and the neighborhoods along the 287 corridor are comfortably inside the service area; if you're well out past town, send the form through with your location notes and we'll tell you plainly whether the drive works for a recurring schedule.
What we offer in Midlothian
The full Lawn Agents lineup runs here, built around our two core programs: lawn mowing & maintenance on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, and season-long fertilization & weed control timed for warm-season turf. Aeration, cleanups, shrub trimming, and sod round out the calendar as the yard needs them.
